We can arrange a visit to one of our completed projects by prior arrangement. We are always happy to show you a project that is still under construction, which is a great way to see what the house is made of. We also have demonstration modular houses at our factory in Sigulda, Lauku iela 1, and we would be glad to show them and explain the production process to you.
If you choose one of our standard products, the lead time for a modular house would be 10-14 weeks, which may increase slightly if you make changes or order a customised project. For private houses, depending on the project chosen, it can take 4-6 months from obtaining planning permission and starting work on site to the finished house.
Yes, you will be able to fully customise the interior of your house. We will discuss all interior design and materials with you as part of the work process. You can choose tiles, flooring, electricals, bathroom fittings from us, our partners or a supplier of your choice.
