SIA Husvik, as an element manufacturer, was founded in 2006 with the support of Norwegian investors for the Norwegian market. The factory is located in Sigulda Municipality, More Parish, while the administrative office is in Riga.
The company operates in accordance with Norwegian standards and is certified according to SINTEF requirements. SINTEF conducts annual factory inspections to ensure compliance with certification and quality standards.
Each building kit includes all elements required for a complete prefabricated house. This includes external wall panels with pre-installed windows, standard internal walls, optional soundproof and fire-resistant walls, as well as floor and roof structures. In cooperation with partners, SIA Husvik offers a full range of services—project planning, development of technical details, manufacturing, and delivery to the construction site, as well as, upon the client’s request, installation and participation in construction site meetings.
The main target market is Norway; however, our projects are also delivered to Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Germany, and Latvia.
The manufacturing facility is located approximately one hour’s drive from Riga and has a total building area of around 6,400 square meters. Our goal and strategy are to deliver high-quality wooden panel houses for unique projects that require professional expertise, at competitive prices.

The task of Husvik’s installation teams is to ensure that the elements are installed in accordance with specifications and schedules. Installation begins on prepared foundations and includes the assembly of elements and external/internal finishing to ensure airtightness. Other works can begin after the completion of internal finishing. The team provides all necessary materials and tools for high-quality installation.
Husvik offers construction site management only when it supplies elements and performs installation. The work includes schedule supervision, inspection of deliveries, compliance with occupational health and safety (HSE) requirements, and participation in meetings. Husvik’s quality system also covers on-site work, and strict compliance with laws and regulations is considered critically important.
