SIA CMB is an engineering company with 17 years of experience in providing multi-disciplinary engineering services from concept to finished building. Professionalism, individual approach and quality of services are the basis for long-term cooperation and representation of the customer’s interests at all stages of the construction life cycle.

CMB started operating in the engineering services market in 2005. Today, the team of CMB consists of 68 construction professionals. Our qualified staff is our most valuable asset and a guarantee of the quality of our services. We have successfully completed more than 1000 engineering projects in a multi-disciplinary partnership.

CMB is an engineering company where young construction professionals, students and experts meet. Here, young people develop their creative potential, while experienced professionals continue to grow and develop themselves by sharing their experience and training other professionals.

In 2015, CMB implemented the Quality Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management Systems” and LVS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard “Conformity assessment — Requirements for the operation of various types of bodies performing inspection” in order to increase the efficiency of the company’s activities and to ensure high quality of services in accordance with the legal regulations, the Quality Management System and customer requirements.
The areas accredited by the Latvian National Accreditation Bureau are: energy audit of enterprises, technological equipment of petrol stations, pressure equipment and its complexes, storage tanks for hazardous substances, cableway equipment for passenger transport, petrol stations with petrol vapour extraction system of stage II.

The quality policy of the organisation is to provide existing and potential customers with high quality services in its field of activity.

The highest level of management is the Management Board which, in accordance with CMB’s Articles of Association, manages and represents the company and determines the duties, authorities and responsibilities of its employees. The Board brings together experienced industry professionals to manage the day-to-day operations of the company. CMB’s Management Board consists of a Chairperson and three Members of the Board.

CMB has been a professional partner in the construction industry for a long time. CMB cooperates with various governmental and non-governmental organisations of the construction industry in Latvia and Europe. CMB is a member of various professional organisations of the industry.

CMB experts participate in working groups for the development of regulations and standards. The Chairperson of the Board of CMB is the Chairperson of the Board of the Latvian Construction Council and a member of the Board of the Latvian Association of Civil Engineers.
