Since 1991, Zemgales Tehnoloģiskais centrs SIA (ZTC) has been a leader in the design, production and construction of high-quality wooden houses. Initially we produced small milled log cabins, but now we specialize in pre-manufactured timber panel and CLT houses.

The basic structure of a wooden panel house is a load-bearing wooden frame. Timber elements such as walls, ceilings and roof structures are manufactured in the factory, then clad on both sides with demising boards and filled with thermal insulation material.
Cross-laminated timber, or CLT for short, is a modern wood-based construction material. CLT panels have the best qualities of wood, i.e. nature’s beauty and sustainability. The panels are made from spruce boards glued together in vertical layers using a formaldehyde-free polyurethane adhesive. The result is a highly durable and human-safe building material.
Wooden frame infill panels are designed to support only their own weight, the weight of the facade and the wind loads they are exposed to. This makes them lightweight and easy to install.
