With extensive international experience and expertise from the UK and USA, Nordic Homes is one of the largest manufacturers of wooden frame structures – wooden panels and modules – in the Baltic countries. Since its foundation in 2010, Nordic Homes has completed more than 120 projects in Latvia, the UK, Denmark (Faroe Islands) and Sweden with a total of more than 52,000 m² GLA (Gross Leasable Area).

Nordic Homes was founded in 2010 as a privately owned manufacturer of panel houses. Today, the company has grown to a team of 135 employees who annually deliver more than 12,000 square metres of multi-storey wooden frame houses in its target markets of Sweden, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, the UK and Germany.
The experience we have gained is now helping our customers in challenging regions such as the Faroe Islands and Iceland, where high wind speeds, heavy rainfall and seismic activity prevail.
Our focus is on a tailor-made approach that allows us to create outstanding buildings that respect the vision of the architects, but with all the benefits of prefabrication and with sustainability aspects in mind.
By delivering architecture and technical design projects to our manufacturing clients we implement the extensive knowledge of modular and prefabricated projects delivered to-date.
In 2024 we have established a sister company SIA “NH engineering” to further specialize in providing design works to clients interested in modular technology.
We work on terms of “follow the architects vision” throughout the process and adjust the vision only by offsetting it against significant costs decrease and efficiency increase.
