Every year, since the establishment of the Latvian Wood Construction Cluster, activities and resources have been dedicated to promote a close cooperation with educational institutions in order to introduce students with the production facilities and business specifics of the Latvian Wood Construction Cluster.
Internships have been provided to students, and members of the Wood Construction Cluster are working proactively by reading lectures on the nature and development of the wood construction industry and presenting themselves to students as potential employers.
Scientific research organisations conduct tests on a variety of innovative products and actively participate in the work of the Cluster to ensure that their ideas and discoveries reach production companies as quickly as possible.
